The Contractor shall submit a report of existing conditions and include the <br />following, as a minimum in the report: <br /> <br />a. Written summary of inspection dates and inspection activities. <br />b. Documentation of existing conditions, including videos, photos, and <br />sketches. <br />c. Written identification of photos, and written indexes of videos. <br /> <br />C. The Contractor shall comply with procedures required by the Baden Borough Public <br />Library. <br /> <br />3.2 POST-CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION <br /> <br />A. The Contractor shall prepare a Post-Construction Inspection Report of all physical facilities <br />within the area of influence of completed construction activities. Perform and document <br />the inspections, and provide reports, as described above. Document any changes from <br />the pre-construction conditions. If, at any time after the beginning of construction, the <br />Institution makes a claim for damages or alleged damages, the Contractor shall <br />immediately inform the Professional of such claim. In addition, the Contractor shall <br />immediately act to have its independent Professional Engineer perform further inspections <br />of the alleged damage and report its findings within five days of receiving the notice of <br />claim. <br /> <br /> <br />END OF SECTION
