<br />SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
<br />Executive Leader with extensive experience in the management of
<br />construction projects, both, in the private and public sectors. More
<br />than 25+ years in project management and construction
<br />supervision as a minority/woman owned general contractor,
<br />project manager and as a government agency head of construction
<br />division.
<br />Design -build and design -bid -build project expertise encompasses
<br />Department of Defense/Federal, Education, civil work, bridges,
<br />roads, train station, parking lots, retail, parks, miscellaneous
<br />architectural buildings, marine work, among others. Vast experience
<br />in all aspects of construction management, inclusive but not
<br />limited to planning, budgeting, estimating, scheduling, purchasing,
<br />controlling, invoicing, etc. Works effectively with architects,
<br />engineers, developers, owners, contractors, subcontractors,
<br />bankers, attorneys, inspectors, government officials, etc. to ensure
<br />project success.

<br />Responsible for overall company Program &
<br />Construction Management to include supervision and on-site
<br />management of multiple federal task orders many using fast track
<br />approaches under IDIQ and SABER contracts awarded to Lunacon
<br />while an Sa company. Responsible for overall management and
<br />success of multiple, simultaneous standalone contracts and
<br />task orders, maintaining master schedules, signing subcontracts/
<br />purchase orders, performing estimating, assisting with proposals,
<br />managing subcontractors, overseeing safety, performing
<br />inspections and quality control, representing Lunacon with
<br />contract owners and maintaining all necessary contract
<br />documentation.
<br />Ensures successful execution of multiple task orders and contracts;
<br />tasks include inspection of materials and equipment, monitor
<br />quality control and safety programs and address/report unsafe
<br />conditions maintain daily and reports of all inspections, noting the
<br />progress of the constructions, review payrolls and ensure
<br />compliance with the DOL and Davis Bacon wage requirements,
<br />review shop drawings, equipment lists, material sample, product
<br />certifications, laboratory reports, and test results.
<br />Reviews estimates/corresponding schedules using Viewpoint,
<br />e4Clicks & Primavera P6 as well as performing value
<br />engineering, when required. Responsible for the management
<br />and supervision of the day to day operations, including human
<br />resources, payroll, signature on checks, etc. Responsible of
<br />financial decisions, including signing and co-signing loans, lines of
<br />credit, bonding and all major documents, approving major
<br />purchases or acquisitions.
