He brings a <br />broad range of relevant experience including full on-site <br />construction management of multiple concurrent construction <br />projects, supervision of term contracts; effective scheduling, <br />monitoring, and inspection of all work from start to customer <br />orientation. <br />As a skilled Superintendent, Mr. Criado is responsible for the overall <br />supervision and control of all construction project activities, from <br />implementation to the production, of required reports for <br />management and control. His experience includes tracking job <br />costs, scheduling work, and coordinating concerns of customers, <br />architects, and subcontractors.
