Previous <br />customers recommendations <br />• Insurance capacity <br />• Manpower Capacity <br />• Understanding of project scope, construction time, sequence of activities, equipment <br />procurement process, owner's requirement to maintain facility operational. <br />Payment to Trade Partners (Subcontractors): Lunacon Superintendent will review the payment <br />application draft from Sub and will consider scope approved by Owner/A/E, any unresolved non - <br />conformances, etc. Trade Partners will be paid 7 days after receipt of payment from the owner and <br />will be required to provide releases, daily logs, satisfaction of nonconformance items, satisfaction <br />of payment to labor force based on the rates outlined by contract and provision of any certified <br />payroll. If advance payment is required, Lunacon will opt to pay directly to material supplier and <br />collect corresponding release. <br />Management of performance and time: During the negotiation phase, Lunacon's team will meet <br />with the potential subcontractorto discuss in detailthe scope, procurement and delivery timeframe <br />of equipment, construction sequence and duration. <br />Emergency Response Plan <br />Lunacon Construction Group is committed to ensuring a safe, efficient, and responsive approach to <br />emergency situations at the project site.
