LUNRiCON- <br />YOUR CONSTRUCTION PARTNER <br />Policy Statement <br />The management of LUNACON ENGINEERING GROUP, CORP. D/B/A: LUNACON CONSTRUCTION <br />GROUP (Lunacon) is committed to providing employees with a safe and healthy workplace. <br />Lunacon's policy is that employees report unsafe conditions and do not perform tasks if the work is <br />considered unsafe. Employees must report all accidents, injuries, and hazardous conditions to their <br />supervisors. No such report will result in retaliation, penalty, or other disincentive. <br />Employee recommendations to improve safety and health conditions will be given thorough <br />consideration by our management team. Management will prioritize and provide financial resources <br />for the correction of unsafe conditions. Similarly, management will take disciplinary action against <br />employees who willfully or repeatedly violate workplace safety rules. This action may include verbal <br />or written reprimands and may ultimately result in termination of employment. <br />The primary responsibility for the coordination, implementation, and maintenance of our workplace <br />safety has been assigned to: <br />Name: Christopher McKenize <br />Title: Safety Manager <br />Senior management will actively involve employees in establishing and maintaining an effective <br />safety program. Our safety program coordinator or other members of the management team will <br />participate in ongoing safety and health program activities, which include: <br />• Promoting health and safety and committee participation. <br />• Providing safety and health education and training; and <br />• Reviewing and updating workplace health and safety rules. <br />This policy statement expresses management's commitment to and involvement in providing <br />employees with a safe and healthy workplace. This workplace Safety Program will be incorporated <br />as the standard of practice for Lunacon. All employees will be required to complywith all safety rules <br />as a condition of employment. <br />Debris Disposal Plan <br />Objectives: <br />• Minimize Waste: Reduce the amount of waste generated on-site through efficient material <br />use and recycling efforts. <br />• Comply with Regulations: Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations for <br />construction waste disposal. <br />• Promote Sustainability: Focus on reusing and recycling materials to limit environmental <br />impact. <br />• Cost Management: Control waste management costs by reducing disposal fees and <br />increasing the value of recyclables. <br />A.
