City of Sunny Isles Beach - ITB 25-01-01 <br />City Annex Building Construction Renovations <br /> <br />Phone: (786 ) 608-1 4 06 - Mailing: PO Box 558482, Miami, FL 33255 - www.waypointci.com <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />iii) Source and procure long lead items as soon as possible after submittal approval, and <br />store on-site. <br />iv) Initiate the purchase of materials directly through Waypoint Contracting rather than <br />through sub-contractors who do not have the financial capabilities. <br />v) Work with City Sunny Isles to approve large deposits for items requiring downpayments <br />and large deposits (such as Trespa, furniture, glazing, Light fixtures, generator) <br />vi) Allow for the receipt and delivery of fabricated material and store in a bonded warehouse. <br />vii) Extend work hours form 7am – 5pm and to allow for night work and weekend crews. <br />viii)Immediately report site differing conditions and provide solution and cost on how to <br />quickly resolve the issues. <br /> <br />Maintenance of Traffic Plan <br />• Durning the construction process no activities, or work shall be undertaken directly from any <br />traffic major road Traffic crossing of DOT Road, <br />• Minimal MOT shall be utilized for this project. MOT will be limited to one signage, cones for <br />traffic using the City Hall parking garage onsite parking and the use flagmen for traffic <br />leaving the site and entering directly in Collin Avenue. <br /> <br />Dewatering plan <br />• Dewatering for the installation on the new grease trap shall be controlled on site and shall be <br />limited to the boundaries of the construction work. Any runoff shall be pumped into the <br />existing catch basin the parking lot. <br /> <br />Proposed plan for asbestos removal and disposal <br />• There are no elements to Asbestos to be removed from this project. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
