ARTICLE 23 <br />TRAINING <br />Section 1. The City recognizes the value to both employees and the City from employee <br />training. The City agrees to provide the necessary in-service training to keep each officer in <br />compliance with minimum State standards. The City, at its sole discretion, will also provide other <br />training opportunities to employees when appropriate. <br />-35- <br />161 <br />
