DEMOLITION/ CONSTRUCTION STAGING AND TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PLANS 2019 <br />Parking: Indicate the number of workers and the areas where their vehicles will be parked <br />through the duration of this phase of the project. Any parking displacement must be <br />addressed accordingly and in advance. <br />Parking arrangement will be made with a third -party transportation bus company and the use of <br />Clean-up:repscr�neg e measu esr of wal�be taken to ensure that the work site and <br />public right-of-way will be maintained (including dust control, swale on driveways to <br />prevent water leaks to the street, gutter buddies, rocks at driveways, etc.) <br />See additional responses below on this page <br />Fencing: Construction fencing must be constructed of durable material, and additional <br />silt fencing for additional protection. Gates should be steady and properly secure during <br />non -working hours. <br />Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPP): The Plan must include a site <br />evaluation of how and where pollutants may be mobilized by stormwater, must include a <br />site plan for managing stormwater runoff identifying the stormwater exit areas, must <br />identify appropriate erosion and sediment controls and stormwater best practices to <br />reduce erosion, sedimentation, and stormwater pollution. A maintenance and inspection <br />schedule plan must be provided as pan` of the SWPP. <br />Provide erosion sediment control plans, if applicable. <br />The stabilized construction exit shall be maintained in a condition that will prevent the tracking <br />or flow of mud onto public right-of-way. This will require periodic maintenance as conditions <br />demand, and the repair and/or clean out of any structures used to trap sediments. All <br />materials spilled, dropped, washed, or tracked from vehicles onto roadways or into storm <br />drains will be removed immediately, and sweep the paved road as needed. <br />Refer to Attachments C-1 and C-2; Demo and Erosion Control Plan (C-100) and Erosion <br />Control Details Plan (C-102). <br />11 <br />415 <br />
