This route <br />operates with 25-minute headways in the northbound and southbound directions during <br />the A.M and P.M. peak hours. <br />• DTPW Route 100 operates along SR A1A/Collins Avenue in the vicinity of the project site <br />with the nearest stop located just south of 189th Street. This route operates with <br />15-minute headways in the northbound and southbound directions during the A.M and <br />P.M. peak hours. <br />• City of Sunny Isles Beach Trolley Blue Line operates along SR A1A/Collins Avenue in the <br />vicinity of the project site with the nearest stop located just north of SR-856/William <br />Lehman Causeway. This route operates with approximately 120-minute headways in the <br />northbound and southbound directions during the A.M and P.M. peak hours. <br />• City of Sunny Isles Beach Trolley Orange Line operates along SR A1A/Collins Avenue in the <br />vicinity of the project site with the nearest stop located just north of SR-856/William <br />Lehman Causeway. This route operates with approximately 120-minute headways in'the <br />northbound and southbound directions during the A.M and P.M. peak hours. <br />PASS -BY CAPTURE <br />Pass -by capture trip rates were determined based on average rates provided in the ITE's Trip <br />Generation Manual, 11th Edition. The pass -by rate for the restaurant land use is 43.0 percent <br />(43.0%) during the P.M. peak hour. <br />NET NEW PROJECT TRIPS <br />The net new project trips represent the additional vehicles on the roadway network. As shown in <br />Table 1, the project is expected to generate 68 net new vehicle trips during the weekday A.M. <br />peak hour and 64 net new vehicle trips during the weekday P.M. peak hour.
