This route operates with 15-minute headways <br />in the northbound and southbound directions during the A.M and P.M. peak hours. <br />• City of Sunny Isles Beach Trolley Blue Line operates along Collins Avenue in the vicinity <br />of the project site with the nearest stop located just north of SR-856/William Lehman <br />Causeway. This route operates with approximately 120-minute headways in the northbound <br />and southbound directions during the A.M and P.M. peak hours. <br />• City of Sunny Isles Beach Trolley Orange Line operates along Collins Avenue in the <br />vicinity of the project site with the nearest stop located just north of SR-856/William Lehman <br />Causeway. This route operates with approximately 120-minute headways in the northbound <br />and southbound directions during the A.M and P.M. peak hours. <br />As shown in Table 1, the project is expected to generate 68 net new weekday A.M. peak hour <br />vehicular trips and 64 net new weekday P.M. peak hour vehicular trips. (7:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M.) and P.M. (4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.) peak period turning movement <br />counts will be collected at all identified study intersections on a typical weekday (Tuesday, <br />Wednesday, or Thursday). Additionally, 24-hour continuous machine counts will be collected at the <br />identified study roadway segment during the typical weekday (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). <br />All traffic counts will be adjusted to peak season conditions using the appropriate Florida Department <br />of Transportation (FDOT) peak season category factors. Turning movement counts will be collected <br />in 15-minute intervals during the two (2) peak periods. Turning movement counts will also include <br />pedestrians and bicyclists. Signal timing information will be obtained from Miami -Dade County <br />Department of Transportation and Public Works — Traffic. Signals and Signs Division. All traffic data <br />collected will be provided in the Appendix of the traffic analysis report. <br />TRIP DISTRIBUTION <br />The likely distribution of project traffic was forecast for the trips expected to be generated by the <br />proposed development. The trip distribution was based on an interpolated cardinal trip distribution <br />for the project site's traffic analysis zone (TAZ) obtained from the Miami -Dade Transportation <br />Planning Organization's (TPO) 2045 Cost Feasible Plan travel demand model 2015 and 2045 data. <br />The trip distribution for the anticipated build -out year of 2029 was interpolated from the 2015 and <br />8201 Peters Road, Suite 2200, Plantation, FL 33324 <br />172 <br />
