Please collect AM (7:00-9:00 AM) and PM (4:00-6:00 PM) weekday peak hour manual <br />turning data at the following two intersection locations: <br />• State Road 856 (William Lehman Causeway) and State Road A1A (Collins <br />Avenue)- Signalized Asset #4606 <br />• State Road A1A (Collins Avenue) and Existing Driveway at 19051 Collins Avenue <br />Kimley Horn & Associates, Inc. 07/30/25 Response: Consistent with Miami -Dade <br />County and FDOT criteria, intersection capacity analyses is not warranted given the low <br />number of trips generated. However, turning movement counts at the intersections of SR <br />856/William Lehman Causeway at SR A1A/Collins Avenue - Signalized (Asset #4606) <br />and SR A1A/Collins Avenue at the Existing Driveway (19051 Collins Avenue) will be <br />collected for informational purposes to expedite the City's review process. <br />Additionally, a 24-hour traffic count will be collected at the identified roadway segment <br />between SR 856/William Lehman Causeway and SR 826/NE 163rd Street along SR <br />AlA/Collins Avenue for the roadway segment analysis. <br />TCG 08/19/25 Response: -Addressed. This will be cross-checked as part of the TIS <br />review. <br />TCG 09/26/25 Response: Addressed.
