This should include roadway ownership, <br />the number of lanes, speed limit, multimodal facilities, and other pertinent information. <br />Kimley Horn & Associates, Inc. 07/30/25 Response: Comment noted. A section that <br />describes the roadway characteristics of the adjacent roadway network, including <br />roadway ownership, the number of lanes, speed limit, multimodal facilities, and other <br />pertinent information, will be included in the traffic impact study. <br />TCG 08/19/25 Response: Addressed. This will be cross checked as part of the TIS <br />review. <br />TCG 09/26/25 Response: Addressed. The traffic impact study includes a narrative <br />section that describes the roadway characteristics of the adjacent roadway network. <br />8. Please provide a copy of the Fire approval from Miami -Dade Fire Rescue for the proposed <br />emergency vehicle access plan and route for the proposed redevelopment. <br />Kimley Horn & Associates, Inc. 07/30/25 Response: A copy of the approval from <br />Miami -Dade Fire Rescue will be provided under separate cover as part of the civil <br />engineering submittals. <br />LSN Law, P.A. 07/30/25 Response: Application has been submitted to Miami Dade Fire <br />Rescue for review, approval will be provided once received. <br />TCG 08/19/25 Response: This item is still pending future civil engineering submittal. <br />Additionally, the fire truck path shown on the plan is not continuous. The engineer needs <br />to provide a seamless path without any breaks. Please also provide passenger vehicles <br />simulation. <br />LSN Law, P.A. 09/10/25 Response: Noted, will be addressed at time of full building <br />permit submittal. <br />TCG 09/26/25 Response: Addressed.
