Section 1. Approval of Fourth Amendment. The City Commission hereby approves a Fourth <br />Amendment to the Agreement with the Contractor to provide the Services, in an amount not to <br />exceed Two Hundred Sixty -One Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($261,000.00), bringing the total <br />contract amount not to exceed One Million Two Hundred Eighty -Four Thousand Five Hundred <br />Thirty -Two Dollars and Sixteen Cents ($1,284,532.16), attached hereto as Exhibit "A". <br />Section 2. Authorization of Mayor. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said <br />Amendment. <br />Section 3. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all <br />things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br />Section 4. Effective Date.
