<br /> RFQ # 26-07-01 CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING CONSULTING <br />SERVICES (CCNA) <br /> Page 12 <br /> <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br />18070 Collins Ave. | Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160 <br />305.792.1707 | sibfl.net | Purchasing@sibfl.net <br />paid on account if loss of anticipated profits or revenues or other economic loss arising <br />out of or resulting from such termination. <br /> <br />2.4 MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (MQR) <br /> <br />2.4.1 To be eligible to respond to this Solicitation, the Proposer must demonstrate that the <br />Proposer has sufficient qualifications, resources and experience to provide the Services under this <br />Solicitation. <br /> <br />2.4.2 Any Proposer that fails to meet all the following minimum qualification requirements may <br />be deemed as “NON-RESPONSIVE” <br /> <br />2.4.3 The Proposer must read the MQRs to ensure your it meets these requirements prior to <br />submitting a response to this RFQ. All Minimum Qualification Requirements (MQRs) must be <br />submitted with the Proposer’s Response. <br /> <br />MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT #1: LICENSING REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />Submission of evidence must be included with the Proposer’s response indicating that <br />Proposer’s assigned key professional staff possess all licenses and certifications required <br />for the proposed discipline(s). <br /> <br />I. The Proposer must as of the submission deadline be registered with the Florida <br />Secretary of State through Sunbiz and be in “Active” standing. <br /> <br />II. Architects: State of Florida Architecture license under Florida Statute 481 issued <br />by the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations. <br /> <br />III. Engineers: State of Florida Engineering license under Florida Statute 471 issued <br />by the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations. <br /> <br />IV. At a minimum, Proposers must have at least one (1) team member accredited in <br />the United States Green Building Council Leadership in Energy and <br />Environmental Design (LEED). <br /> <br />Proposer is required to possess and submit a valid license certified under Florida Statute <br />471 and/or 481. Proposer must provide copies of all applicable licenses with their <br />proposal response. <br /> <br />MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUEST #2: EXPERIENCE <br /> <br />Proposer must have held three (3) contracts of similar size and scope as to the requested services <br />outlined in this RFQ within the past five (5) years, 2020-2025, preferably in government. Provide <br />three contracts in total that demonstrate sufficient experience that is similar in size and scope. <br /> <br />
