Furnish ten final copies of <br />the Report within the stipulated period indicated in the Request for Quotation and Proposal. <br /> <br />PHASE 2: PRELIMINARY DESIGN <br /> <br />On the basis of selection by the City of the recommended solution, or modified solution agreed <br />upon by City and Consultant, prepare Preliminary Design documents consisting of final design <br />criteria, preliminary drawings, outline specifications, and written descriptions of the Project. <br /> <br />Based on the information contained in the Preliminary Design documents, submit a revised <br />estimate of Total Construction Cost, and any adjustment to Total Project Cost known to <br />Consultant. <br /> <br />Furnish Preliminary Design documents to and review them with the City within the stipulated <br />period indicated in the Request for Quotation and Proposal. <br /> <br />For the purpose of payment to the Consultant, services under the Preliminary Design Phase will <br />be considered complete when the Preliminary Design documents have been accepted by the City <br />as complete. <br /> <br />PHASE 3: FINAL DESIGN/CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS <br /> <br />Consultant shall provide Estimates of Construction Costs. Consultant's estimates of Construction <br />Cost provided for herein are to be made on the basis of industry recognized publications, <br />historical price lists, or services estimating the current cost of comparable construction in South <br />Florida. <br />The Consultant shall provide Final Design based on approval of the Schematic Design Package. <br />Final design to include but not limited to: <br />a. Architectural design/documentation <br />b. Structural design/documentation <br />c. Mechanical design/documentation <br />d. Electrical design/documentation <br />e. Generator design/documentation <br />f. Elevator design/documentation <br />g. Plumbing design/documentation <br />h. Civil design/documentation <br />i. Landscape design/documentation <br />j. Interior design/documentation <br />k. Material research & specifications <br />l. IT Fiber Connection <br />m. Security cameras and controlled access in coordination with existing City platforms. <br /> <br />If the Project involves construction or demolition, the Consultant shall prepare, standard <br />approved Preliminary Designs, modifications, estimated Construction Cost, Construction
