The City of Pompano Beach CRA selected BA to provide design services for <br />the McNab House and Botanical Gardens after successfully completing the <br />master plan for McNab Park. Through a collaborative process with city staff, <br />elected officials, and community stakeholders, BA developed and refined <br />multiple concepts before advancing the approved vision through design, <br />construction documents, and construction administration. <br />The project reimagines the historic McNab House as a vibrant commercial <br />destination while creating a premier botanical garden that showcases <br />South Florida’s unique landscape. Key elements include the adaptive <br />reuse of the McNab House as a restaurant, supported by a commercial <br />kitchen annex; a botanical garden featuring native and tropical plantings, <br />water features, and shaded gathering spaces; an open-air event lawn; <br />and a dedicated event venue for weddings, community functions, and <br />private celebrations.
