BA completed the City of Pompano Beach Citywide Parks Master Plan <br />that resulted in early action projects, including the 6.5-acre McNair Park <br />project. McNair Park is centrally located in the neighborhood of Collier <br />City, which is presently underserved with neighborhood park space. <br />During the preparation of the Collier City Neighborhood Development <br />Plan (DECOMAP), BA designed a range of community-driven improvements <br />designed to enhance recreational opportunities and neighborhood vitality. <br />The McNair Park improvements addressed the addition of a new community <br />center building, a playground with shade covers, a 400-meter running track <br />with eight lanes, and an outdoor gym area.
