The City of North Miami awarded BA the Cagni Park project in August 2019, <br />to design a world-class park, including the installation of an synthetic turf <br />multiuse athletic field to be shared jointly with the two schools immediately <br />to the west of the site. in addition, the program includes two playgrounds <br />with shade covering, an Olympic size swimming pool, a splash pad, <br />park shelters, a community recreation facility, 80 new parking spaces, <br />landscaping, fencing, signage, and site lighting for walkways and the parking <br />areas. The estimated project construction budget is $16.5 million. <br />The park will be utilized jointly by the residents of the City of North Miami <br />and students from neighboring Miami-Dade County schools.
