<br />counts produced by an automatic traffic counter, producing a written record of the traffic volumes by time of day in 15-minute
<br />and hourly intervals including delivering the data in .txt, .pdf, and/or .xls electronic formats. CALTRAN has collected and

<br />aimed to provide GIS services to supplement the FDOT’s District Four PL&EM Staff. Support areas include but are not limited
<br />to the organization and maintenance of the GIS data library, geographical information systems (GIS) on-site application support,
<br />development of office-specific GIS applications, website programming, training, and miscellaneous general services to support
<br />planned and ongoing production efforts as directed by the FDOT. The GIS consultant shall function as an extension of FDOT’s

<br />FDOT D6 | Short Range Project Development Consultant (2004-2008) | Project Engineer for pavement management
<br />enhancement projects within Miami Dade and Monroe counties, in which recommended improvements and preliminary cost
<br />estimates must be prepared. He is also managing highway and traffic data collection assignments under this project. Under
<br />this project, a scoping report is produced to assess existing conditions on the project based on requirements from Chapter 25
<br />of the Plans Preparations Manual “Florida’s Design Criteria for Resurfacing, Restoration, and Rehabilitation (RRR) of Streets
<br />and Highways. The assessment includes physical and operational conditions, a safety assessment, and ADA Compliance.
