Analyzed Coral Gables segment between Red <br />Rd/US-1, including existing conditions, identification of recurring congestion locations, evaluation of multimodal transportation <br />improvement needs based on future travel demand, identification of conceptual improvements for congested locations along <br />the segment; provided recommendations for future improvements.
