The study included speed and volume data collection at 11 locations, an assessment of gate queuing and operations in the peak hour, a master plan which depicted traffic calming devices to be used as well as a cost estimate with the proposed improvements FDOT D6 | SR 976/Bird Rd Planning Study from SR 821/HEFT to US-1 (2016-2018) | Major EW principal arterial critical in facilitating movement of local and regional traffic in central Miami-Dade County.
