<br />Bennett is a skilled
<br />civil engineer
<br />with 25 years
<br />of experience in
<br />infrastructure design,

<br />and quality assurance/quality
<br />control for municipal and
<br />transportation projects. His
<br />expertise includes overseeing
<br />roadway resurfacing, full-depth
<br />reconstruction, stormwater and
<br />utility installations, and right-of-
<br />way improvements. As former
<br />Assistant Director of Public Works
<br />for the Cities of Miami and Fort
<br />Lauderdale, he has led large-scale
<br />capital improvement programs,
<br />including Fort Lauderdale’s
<br />$250M infrastructure upgrade
<br />and Miami’s $400M Miami Forever
<br />Bond program. Christopher has
<br />directed stormwater master
<br />planning, utility coordination,
<br />and compliance efforts, ensuring
<br />adherence to local, state, and
<br />federal regulations. With a
<br />strong background in process
<br />improvement, asset management,
<br />and resilience planning, he
<br />has implemented systems like
<br />e-Builder and Cartegraph to
<br />streamline project execution and
<br />life-cycle management.

<br />Jim Wille is a
<br />construction

<br />years of experience
<br />leading complex public-sector
<br />and institutional capital projects/
<br />programs across South Florida
<br />and nationally. He provides
<br />executive leadership and direct
<br />construction oversight for
<br />large-scale vertical and horizontal
<br />infrastructure projects, including
<br />healthcare campuses, aviation
<br />facilities, courthouses, stadiums,
<br />and municipal bond-funded
<br />programs. Jim’s experience
<br />includes delivery of multihundred-
<br />million-dollar healthcare
<br />facilities, high-rise judicial
<br />buildings, major airport terminal
<br />and airside improvements, and
<br />award-winning public recreation
<br />complexes. He has served as
<br />Project Executive and Senior
<br />Construction Manager on design-
<br />build, CMAR, and publicly
<br />procured projects, overseeing
<br />contractor performance, budget
<br />control, schedule management,
<br />quality assurance, and regulatory
<br />compliance. His expertise spans
<br />active campus renovations,
<br />greenfield development, phased
<br />construction in operational
<br />environments, and complex
<br />building systems integration.
