<br />and Six, for the Miami-Dade
<br />Expressway Authority (MDX),
<br />the Cities of Miami Beach, Fort
<br />Lauderdale, Hialeah, Delray
<br />Beach, North Miami, Miramar,
<br />and Pembroke Pines, and Miami-
<br />Dade and Palm Beach Counties.

<br />AutoCAD, Microsoft 365, Bluebeam
<br />Revu, MAC, Pay Item Tracking
<br />System (PTS), HY-8, and WMS.

<br />working with municipal-sector

<br />projects. Beginning her career as a
<br />field inspector, she has developed
<br />a strong foundation in contract and
<br />construction document accuracy
<br />and quality project delivery. Her
<br />experience spans water main
<br />replacements, seawall installations,
<br />roadway improvements, and
<br />capital improvement projects,
<br />with responsibilities such as
<br />coordinating project schedules,
<br />managing compliance with
<br />FDOT and municipal standards,
<br />overseeing CEI teams, and
<br />facilitating project closeouts.
<br />Mary’s comprehensive knowledge
<br />of contract administration,
<br />inspection protocols, and regulatory
<br />requirements positions her as a
<br />valuable asset in managing complex
<br />construction projects efficiently.
<br />Mary served as CIP Director
<br />and CIP Project Coordinator
<br />for the Town of Medley. Her
<br />responsibilities included
<br />coordinating various
<br />improvement projects across
<br />construction and design
<br />disciplines, processing FDOT
<br />LAP within the GAP system,
<br />and reconciling work orders for
<br />continuing services contracts.
<br />Tasks encompassed budget
<br />forecasting up to five years,
<br />schedule analysis, grant research,
<br />and reimbursement coordination.
