NE 191st Street Drainage & Roadway Improvements, Aventura, FL: Project Engineer. Provides
project management, design, permitting, bid-phase support, and construction coordination for
drainage, roadway elevation, and resilience improvements within a low-lying corridor prone to
recurrent flooding. The project includes a new stormwater collection system, hydraulic modeling,
utility coordination, water quality infrastructure, traffic signal upgrades, and public engagement to
improve mobility, emergency access, and long-term flood resilience.
Rehab/Replacement of 48”/54” Force Main from SE 9th & 10th Avenue to GTL WWTP Design-
Build, Fort Lauderdale, FL: Project Engineer. The project involves rehabilitation or replacement of
15,150 LF of existing 48- and 54-inch force main and installation of 8,220 LF of new 48-inch force
main, totaling 23,370 LF of pipeline improvements. The project includes design, permitting, utility
relocations, construction procurement assistance, and limited construction support to restore reliable
wastewater conveyance to the George T. Lohmeyer Wastewater Treatment Plant (GTL WWTP).
