Brick paver side streets were converted <br />to asphalt crossings with updated pavement markings. Additional scope included an access <br />management modification—converting a full median opening to a directional channelized median at <br />NW 15th Street—and the addition of a continuous bicycle lane achieved through median widening <br />and lane geometry adjustments to meet FDM criteria.
