For a multi-year Turnpike <br />assignment, CES supported the construction work program and provided a <br />variety of services in the areas of construction and materials engineering, <br />inspection, testing, laboratory services, construction quality assurance, claims analysis, and materials support. For a massive $1.8 billion, <br />multi-year I-595 Corridor Roadway Improvements project, CES worked with FDOT to provide construction engineering inspections, <br />including earthwork, paving, drainage and drill shafts. The CES Team’s experience also includes coordinating with FDOT on projects, <br />ensuring compliance with FDOT standards. <br />CES team members also have FDOT experience. Uri Aszodi, PE, our proposed Transportation/Transit/Traffic Engineering Project <br />Manager/Engineer-of-Record, is a transportation and roadway engineering leader with 23 years of experience delivering full life cycle <br />projects across multiple FDOT districts and local agencies. Uri’s project experience includes FDOT Districts One, Two, Three, Four, Six, <br />and Seven, as well as Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise. Rafael Urdaneta, Senior Inspector, has extensive FDOT project experience, including <br />with Districts Four and Six. <br />Darlene M. Fernandez, PE, Technical Advisor and QA/QC, worked for FDOT District Six, serving in various capacities, including as Engineer <br />Technician.
