<br />CHA is proud to present a team of highly experienced professionals to serve as Project Managers for the City of Sunny Isles
<br />Beach.
<br />Resumes for each proposed manager are included on the following pages and provide detailed descriptions of
<br />individual roles, responsibilities, experience, and education.
<br />Alejandro Leon, PE | General Civil Engineering Project Manager
<br />With over 18 years of experience, Alejandro is CHA’s proposed project manager for civil engineering. He has
<br />served as lead designer and project manager on a wide range of infrastructure projects across South Florida.
<br />His expertise includes roadway design, signing and pavement markings, maintenance of traffic (MOT), site
<br />development, and more. Alejandro has successfully delivered projects for FDOT Districts 4 and 6, Miami-Dade
<br />and Broward Counties, and numerous local municipalities.
<br />Eduardo Martinez, PE | Electrical Engineering Project Manager
<br />With over 43 years of experience, Eduardo is CHA's proposed project manager for electrical engineering.
<br />His experience ranges in the electrical/lighting design of roadway, lift facilities, waste water treatment plants,
<br />co-generation facilities, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and condominiums. He has also served as EOR for
<br />all lighting projects completed by CHA for FDOT.
<br />Jennifer Borges, PE, PTOE, MSEM | Transportation/Transit/Traffic Engineering Project Manager
<br />With over 16 years of experience, Jennifer is CHA’s proposed project manager for transportation/transit/
<br />traffic engineering. Specializing in traffic operations and safety analysis for transportation projects., her
<br />expertise includes traffic operations, traffic impact and safety studies, as well as pedestrian and bicycle
<br />analyses focused on improving roadway safety and accessibility. Jennifer’s background also includes roadway
<br />design, signing and pavement markings, traffic signalization, and utility coordination. She has successfully
<br />managed districtwide transportation contracts and led efforts to advance traffic and safety improvements.
<br />Levi Boyle, PE | Construction Engineering and Inspection Project Manager
<br />With 13 years of experience, Levi is CHA’s proposed project manager for CEI. He has extensive experience
<br />with different types of projects including civil, structural, lighting, water/wastewater, stormwater and
<br />transportation and traffic. He will apply his extensive FDOT experience, including service at Districts 1 and
<br />6, where he supports and administers high-profile projects in both urban and rural environments across
<br />Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties.
<br />Oracio Riccobono, PE | Lead Geotechical Engineer.
<br />Oracio has served as chief geotechnical engineer and geotechnical consultant for over 38 years. His experience
<br />includes interpretation of subsurface conditions, planning and execution of laboratory testing programs,
<br />geotechnical analysis and design of foundation elements of structures, management of geotechnical projects
<br />and preparation of numerous geotechnical baseline reports (GBR) providing conclusions and recommendations.
<br />Eduardo M. Suarez, PSM | Lead Surveyor & Mapper.
<br />Eduardo is a professional surveyor with 40 years of experience providing multiple surveying services. He began
<br />his surveying career working on projects for FDOT District 6. Eddie gained intimate surveying knowledge working
<br />as an Instrument Person and eventually a Crew Chief throughout South Florida. He then worked for almost five
<br />years as the lead surveyor for the Miami-Dade County Solid Waste Department and opened his practice in 2004.
<br />Edmundo Rodriguez, PE | Lead Mechanical, HVAC & Plumbing Engineer.
<br />Edmundo is Green Dade’s Principal in Charge and Senior MEP Project Manager with extensive experience
<br />delivering multidisciplinary infrastructure projects for public agencies. He provides leadership in MEP
<br />design, quality control, and project coordination, ensuring successful project delivery from planning through
<br />construction.
