<br />CEI Project Manager
<br />Levi has over 14 years of experience as a CEI contractor and designer on major civil
<br />engineering projects. Levi worked at FDOT District 6 South Miami-Dade and Monroe
<br />Residency Operation Center for over three years. He recently served at FDOT District
<br />1 as the project administrator and senior project engineer on the US 27 milling,
<br />resurfacing and cross scope correction project from the Hendry County Line to
<br />old US 27 and served FDOT District 6 as a project administrator for the milling and
<br />resurfacing, overbuild, signal upgrades, and signing and pavement markings along
<br />SR 916 from I-95 to SR 5/Biscayne Blvd. Prior to this assignment he served as a SPE/
<br />PA on a variety of different projects in both the urban and rural areas of Miami-
<br />Dade County as well as Monroe County. Levi is a graduate of the FDOT Construction
<br />Academy. Representative project experience includes:
<br />Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department and Florida Department of
<br />Transportation - District 6, FL, SR 916 Roadway & Bridge Improvement (I-95
<br />to Biscayne Boulevard). Project administrator for roadway improvements and 36-
<br />inch watermain installation along SR 916 and involved milling and resurfacing along
<br />SR 916 from I-95 to SR 5/Biscayne Boulevard. The project also included but was not
<br />limited to Type SP overbuild of varying thickness, bridge rehabilitation, construction
<br />of new bus stops, curb ramps, medians, concrete islands, concrete pad and
<br />sidewalks, signalization including pedestrian signal heads and loop detectors,
<br />signing and pavement markings, lighting and drainage upgrades, maintenance of
<br />traffic, along with other relevant tasks required for the successful completion of the
<br />project.
<br />Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department, 36-inch Watermain along NW/
<br />NE 135th Street. Project administrator for this roadway improvement and 36-
<br />inch watermain installation along 135th Street (7th Avenue to Biscayne Boulevard)
<br />and involves milling and resurfacing along SR 916/NW 135th Street. The project
<br />also includes but is not limited to Type SP overbuild of varying thickness, bridge
<br />expansion joint replacement/rehabilitation, construction of new bus stops, curb
<br />ramps, medians, concrete islands, concrete pad and sidewalks, signalization
<br />including pedestrian signal heads and loop detectors, signing and pavement
<br />markings, lighting and drainage upgrades, maintenance of traffic, along with other
<br />relevant tasks required for the successful completion of the project.
<br />Florida Department of Transportation - District 6, South Miami-Dade &
<br />Monroe Residency, FL, Resurfacing Project on US 1 (Riviera Drive to SW
<br />27 Avenue), Contract No. T6465. Project administrator and contract support
<br />specialist responsible for this RRR project on U.S. 1. The scope included milling
<br />and resurfacing 5,800 tons of asphalt at variable depths, installing French drain
<br />and new drainage structures, signal upgrades at six intersections with video
<br />detection retrofits, and lighting enhancements throughout the corridor. Levi’s
<br />responsibilities spanned plan and revision reviews, field issue resolution, traffic
<br />and safety oversight, daily activity monitoring, monthly estimate processing, RFI
<br />and shop drawing reviews, material tracking in MAC, quality control plan approval,
<br />weather documentation, CPPR maintenance, progress meeting facilitation, UWS
<br />monitoring, and final estimates preparation. He also collaborated extensively with
<br />the community outreach specialist and coordinated with local government offices,
<br />including Miami-Dade County Commissioners, the City of Coral Gables Mayor, and
<br />the City of Miami.

<br />Biscayne Boulevard. The project encompassed bridge rehabilitation, new bus
<br />stops, curb ramps, medians, concrete features, upgraded signalization and lighting,
<br />pavement markings, drainage improvements, and traffic maintenance, among other
<br />essential tasks for successful completion.

<br />Project administrator and contract support specialist responsible for this RRR project
<br />on U.S. 1. The project focused on resurfacing, drainage installation, signal and lighting
<br />updates on a 6-lane arterial, with Levi overseeing plan reviews, daily operations,
<br />quality control, and coordination with local authorities and community outreach.
