PAGE 50 | RFQ 26-07-01; CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES <br />(CCNA) <br />TAB 3 - STAFFING <br />Cecilia Villoria, PE <br />Civil Engineering Design Services <br />Cecilia has over 33 years of design and project management experience and is fully <br />conversed in all aspects of project management, scheduling, engineering design, <br />including pavement marking, signage, signalization, drainage, maintenance of <br />traffic (MOT), and specifications packages; preparation of project design reports; <br />development of master plans; construction inspection services; feasibility studies, <br />Safety Studies, bid preparation and management of construction engineering <br />inspection (CEI) staff. Oversee engineering design projects for municipalities, the <br />Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Broward County Aviation Department, <br />and Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise (FTE). Project experience ranges from minor <br />roadway improvement projects to complex highway design. Representative project <br />experience includes: <br />Florida Department of Transportation - District 6, SR 944/NW-NE 54th Street <br />from East of SR-7/US-441/NW 7th Avenue to SR-5/US-1/Biscayne Boulevard, <br />Miami, FL*. Project manager responsible for the resurfacing, restoration, and <br />rehabilitation (RRR) along with safety improvements. The existing roadway typical <br />section is generally comprised of four undivided lanes with curb and gutter, <br />variable-width sidewalk, utility strip, and on-street parking. In general, the scope of <br />work includes the following: milling and resurfacing of SR 944/NW-NE 54th Street <br />between the limits described above; safety improvements along SR 944/NW-NE <br />54th Street from NW 6th Avenue to NE 1st Avenue; upgrading pedestrian curb ramps <br />and other pedestrian safety deficiencies needed to comply with ADA requirements, <br />signing and pavement markings; and signalization upgrades. <br />Florida Department of Transportation - District 6, SR 9A (I-95) from SR <br />916/Opa-locka Blvd to Biscayne Canal*. TCP & sgnal plans EOR. Development <br />of Traffic Control Plans and signalization for SB SR 9A/ I-95. I-95/SR 9A SB will <br />be reconstructed, raised and widened to accommodate direct managed lane <br />connections between Florida’s Turnpike and southbound I-95 Express lanes. The <br />planned project improvements are necessary to provide a southbound Express Lane <br />Connector. This project is situated entirely within Miami-Dade County and covers the <br />segment of I-95 from Opa-locka Boulevard to the C-8 Canal (Biscayne Canal). 8. <br />Florida Department of Transportation - District 6, SR 826/Palmetto <br />Expressway Express Lanes PD&E Study from US-1 to SR 836 (30% Conceptual <br />Plans for DB RFP)*. Roadway and S&P markings EOR for 30% Conceptual Plans <br />preparation for DB RFP package to add express lanes along the SR 826/Palmetto <br />Expwy corridor from US-1 to SR 836/Dolphin Expwy. This project provides Direct <br />Connect express lanes flyover ramps into the SR 836 Interchange and Direct <br />Connect express lanes ramps into the DTPW (f/k/a/ MDT) Transitway along US-1. <br />Florida Department of Transportation- District 6, SR 5/US 1/Brickell Avenue/ <br />Biscayne Boulevard Way from North of SE 5th Street (MP 10.405) to South <br />of SE 2nd Street (MP 10.816), Miami, FL*. Project Manager. The scope of work <br />included final design and development of plans to update all sub-standard, ground- <br />mounted signs to comply with the latest edition of MUTCD and the FDOT Traffic <br />Engineering Manual; and replace and upgrade all pavement markings per the <br />latest Design Standards.
