<br />Jeff has over 19 years of extensive engineering design, project management, and
<br />construction management experience in various types of civil engineering and
<br />water/wastewater projects. He has experience in pump station design, master utility
<br />design/modeling, wastewater treatment process, large watershed stormwater
<br />modeling and FEMA map revisions, stormwater management systems, mass grading
<br />and phased fill management/balance planning, roadway geometrics and drainage,
<br />and airfield/intermodal rail heavy pavements for private, local municipal, and federal
<br />clients. As a previous municipal employee, Jeff has overseen the execution of capital
<br />improvement projects (water, wastewater, treatment plant, roadway, stormwater,
<br />site development, ADA compliance, and neighborhood enhancement), been
<br />involved in development review, managed continuing service consulting contracts,
<br />participated in selection committees, and responded to resident concerns, ranging
<br />from stormwater to streetlights. Representative project experience includes:
<br />City of St. Cloud, FL, Nolte Road Booster Pump Station (NRBPS). Project
<br />manager for the NRBPS project. The city is experiencing pressure issues in its
<br />northeast potable water service area due to recent growth and associated potable
<br />water irrigation in this area. Transmission capacity from WTP #4 to the northeast
<br />needs to be increased to address pressure issues. The NRBPS will pump water
<br />from WTP #4 east through the existing 16-inch Nolte Road water main and north
<br />along Old Hickory Tree Road towards the Northeast Booster Pump Station (NEBPS).
<br />CHA is providing design, permitting, bidding, and construction-phase services for
<br />the project.
<br />WS-GIR, LLC, Osceola County, FL, Green Island Ranch - Canoe Creek Road
<br />Utility Extension. Project manager for the preliminary and final design, permitting,
<br />bidding assistance, and construction administration services for 13,000 feet of 16-
<br />inch potable water main, 13,000 feet of 12-inch reclaimed water main, and 20,300
<br />feet of 16-inch sanitary force main to be installed via open-cut.
<br />Seminole County, FL, Five Points Complex. Senior project engineer for this
<br />project that consisted of relocating and upsizing approximately 1,500 feet of 8- and
<br />12-inch potable water main, 2,100 feet of 6-inch reclaimed water main, and 200 feet
<br />of force main within county ROW. Also provided hydraulic modeling and preliminary
<br />design to model existing and future demands of the new campus and verify that
<br />pipeline diameters would be sufficient to meet future pressures and flows.
<br />St. Lucie County Utilities (SLCU), FL, Potable Water Main and Force Main
<br />Extension. Project manager for the preliminary and final design, permitting, and
<br />bidding services for an extension of approximately 3,300 feet of 8-inch water main
<br />and 2,500 feet of 4-inch force main for portions of the county’s service area along
<br />US-1 between Kings Highway and the Indian River County line, not presently served
<br />by water or sewer utilities.
<br />Seminole County, FL, Country Club Heights Water Main and Gravity Sewer
<br />Replacement. Senior project engineer for the replacement of approximately 5,200
<br />feet of the existing gravity main, like-for-like, via pipe bursting; the replacement
<br />of sewer service laterals via pipe bursting and open-cut, from the gravity main
<br />to the property line; the rehabilitation of the sewer manholes, including channel/
<br />bench reconstruction; the replacement of approximately 5,200 feet of the existing
<br />water main; maintenance of water and wastewater service to customers during the
<br />construction process; and site restoration, including asphalt milling and resurfacing,
<br />sidewalk restoration, sodding, and curb and gutter replacement.
