<br />Alex has five years of experience as a contract support specialist. His experience
<br />includes ensuring the accuracy and compliance of road and bridge contract
<br />documentation, compiling, verifying, and maintaining field data, auditing records,
<br />and preparing final estimate packages. He has performed technical calculations,
<br />reviewed earthwork quantities, and conducted quality checks on as-built plans to
<br />meet departmental standards. In addition, Alex has coordinated with contractors,
<br />processed payments, and prepared detailed reports while serving as a liaison
<br />between project teams and final estimates offices. His representative project
<br />experience includes:
<br />FDOT District 7, Tampa Operations Center, FL, Pinellas Skyway Lift Station
<br />Cleaning. Interim design project manager for the pinellas skyway rest area lift
<br />station force main cleaning. The improvements under this contract consisted of
<br />cleaning approximately 4,000 linear feet of 6” PVC sanitary force main beginning at
<br />the Skyway Rest Area Lift Station.
<br />FDOT District 7, Tampa Operations Center, Sidewalk Gap Improvement.
<br />Construction project administrator for the improvements under this contract. The
<br />project consisted of the design of a new wide sidewalk from I-275/SR 93/SB Frontage
<br />Road exit ramp at Doyle Carlton Drive to East of North Tampa Street, proposed
<br />lighting for the wide sidewalk, a raised crosswalk on Doyle Carlton Drive near the
<br />Art Center Lofts entrance, a speed table on Doyle Carlton Drive, and a pedestrian
<br />crossing at the three-way stop-controlled intersection of the I-275/SR 93/SB
<br />Frontage Road exit ramp and Doyle Carlton Drive.
<br />FDOT District 7, Tampa Operations Center, FL, Various Improvements.
<br />Construction project administrator for the improvements under this contract
<br />consisting of milling and resurfacing, drainage improvements, curb and gutter,
<br />traffic signals, bollards, handrail, pedestrian/bicycle railing, and cement concrete
<br />pavement, architectural pavers, sidewalks, and signing and pavement marking on
<br />Ola Avenue/North River Boulevard/North Highland Avenue/Dartmouth Avenue from
<br />West 7th Street to US 41 Business (North Florida Avenue).
<br />FDOT District 7, Tampa Operations Center, FL, Scout Blvd Intersection
<br />Improvement Project. Construction project administrator for the signalization of
<br />SR 616/Boy Scout Boulevard from East of Manhattan Avenue to West of Manhattan
<br />Avenue, roadway, drainage, signing and pavement markings, and ITS in Hillsborough
<br />County.
<br />FDOT District 7, Tampa Operations Center, FL, Nb Rest Area Water Softner
<br />Project. Construction project administrator for the improvements under this
<br />contract consisting of installing a water treatment/softener system for the
<br />Northbound rest area on I-75 in Ruskin, at milepost 3.238, to reduce the levels of
<br />copper and calcium carbonate precipitant in the plumbing system, and lead and
<br />copper concentrations in the drinking water.

<br />Improvement Projects. Construction project administrator for this contract
<br />consisting of sidewalk/curb ramp reconstruction, minor earthwork, and curb
<br />reconstruction. The project is located in Hillsborough County at East Madison
<br />Avenue and East Twiggs Street.
