<br />Mrs. Ferreiras served as Project Manager for the structural engineering design of the Storm Proof
<br />Pump Station W-2 in Miami Beach, FL. She oversaw the development of structural plans for new slab
<br />supports for generators, pumps, motors, and HVAC equipment, as well as the structural framing for
<br />new doors, windows, and louvers. Mrs. Ferreiras ensured the design met Public Works standards,
<br />Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department requirements, and all applicable local codes. She managed
<br />the preparation and coordination of 30%, 90%, and 100% construction documents, as well as bid -
<br />ready deliverables, ensuring quality and timely submission throughout all project phases.

<br />Mrs. Ferreiras prepared a complete set of civil engineering plans for the installation of approximately
<br />335 linear feet of gravity sewer line connecting the project site to the City of Hollywood sewer system.
<br />Her responsibilities included the design of sixteen lateral connections, water service details, paving
<br />and drainage systems, as well as the preparation of all required documentation for the FDOT
<br />permitting process. The civil plans developed by Mrs. Ferreiras incorporated the location of existing
<br />and proposed potable water and sewer infrastructure, points of connection, proposed easements,
<br />estimated flows and calculations, and schematic layouts for water distribution, sewage collection, and
<br />drainage systems. Her design addressed piping alignments, manholes, lift stations, drainage outfalls,
<br />flow directions, private road grading, floor elevations, and stormwater management requirements.
<br />Additionally, she detailed storm drainpipes, headwalls, manholes, swales, and catch basins, ensuring
<br />full compliance with South Florida Water Management District regulations. Site inspections were
<br />conducted during construction, and final certification was issued in accordance with city requirements.

<br />2306 Fillmore St (Hollywood, FL)
<br />Mrs. Ferreiras prepared a complete set of civil engineering plans for the design and installation of
<br />approximately 750 linear feet of gravity sewer line to connect the site to the City of Hollywood sewer
<br />system. Her scope of work included the design of sixteen lateral sewer connections, water service
<br />details, paving and drainage layouts, and coordination with the building department to determine the
<br />appropriate point of connection. She also prepared all required documentation for the FDOT permitting
<br />process, conducted up to four site inspections during construction, and issued the final certification in
<br />compliance with municipal requirements. The civil plans were prepared by Mrs. Ferreiras, included the
<br />layout of existing and proposed potable water and sewage collection systems, utility easements,
<br />connection points, estimated flows and calculations, and schematic designs for water distribution,
<br />sewer infrastructure, and drainage systems. The documentation addressed pipe diameters, manhole
<br />locations, lift stations, drainage outfalls, and flow direction, along with grading and finished floor
<br />elevations, in full compliance with South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) regulations.

<br />Mrs. Ferreiras assisted in the development of a complete set of civil and structural drawings and
<br />calculations, including paving and drainage plans, parking lot profile, traffic coordination, and traffic
<br />signage and markings for the parking area and its entry drive. These were required for the permitting
<br />of the property.
