<br />• I-75 Alligator Alley Boat Ramp Design Survey and SUE: CTS established horizontal and vertical
<br />control, recovered 16 primary control points, set 24 secondary control points, performed
<br />terrestrial laser scanning, bathymetric surveying, topographic data collection, right-of-way
<br />determination, and Quality Level B utility designation to support replacement of nine boat
<br />ramps in environmentally sensitive areas.
<br />• Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport Zulu RON Area: CTS performed high-
<br />accuracy layout and certified as-built surveys within an active, security-controlled airfield.
<br />The assignment included setting aircraft-envelope reference points, verifying constructed
<br />conditions, and delivering AutoCAD files and electronically signed survey maps. CTS received an
<br />overall client performance rating of 4.84
<br />• Water and Wastewater Utility Investigations: CCTS’s SUE personnel have supported the
<br />Broward County Water and Wastewater Services Lead Service Line Inventory, Miami-Dade
<br />County Land and Engineering Surveying Services, and Miami-Dade WASD Small-Diameter Water
<br />and Wastewater Pipeline assignments.
<br />CTS’s senior survey team brings substantial
<br />professional depth. Lis Tolstoy, PSM, has 33 years of
<br />experience in design surveys, right-of-way mapping,
<br />control, GIS, LiDAR, bathymetry, and continuing-
<br />services management. Pete Diaz, PSM, brings more
<br />than 38 years of surveying and mapping experience,
<br />including extensive FDOT District 6 and Miami-Dade
<br />County work. His District 6 experience includes serving
<br />as Project Surveyor for the drainage survey along SW
<br />8th Street from SW 27th Avenue to Brickell Avenue,
<br />where he coordinated field activities, recovered
<br />and established horizontal and vertical control, and
<br />obtained invert elevations for approximately 425
<br />drainage structures. He has also served in senior
<br />survey roles for SR A1A from Alton Road to 26th Street
<br />and the Overseas Highway from MM 26 to MM 27. His
<br />broader Miami-Dade experience includes topographic,
<br />right-of-way, control, drainage, sanitary, bathymetric,
<br />and post-construction surveys for major WASD
<br />transmission mains, wastewater outfalls, and City of
<br />Miami Beach water-main projects. This experience
<br />gives CTS direct familiarity with dense urban corridors, drainage and utility infrastructure, constrained
<br />rights-of-way, coastal conditions, and FDOT District 6 survey requirements. Paul Doll, PSM, has more than
<br />36 years of experience, including 30 years with FDOT District 4, and will provide independent professional
<br />QA/QC. Dennis Stanton has 40 years of SUE experience, including more than 10,000 test holes and over
<br />1,000,000 linear feet of utility designation using GPR, electromagnetic methods, vacuum excavation,
<br />GIS, and 3D reporting.
