Tab 3 - Staffing <br />Key Staff <br /> <br />Sheng “Sam” Yang, PE, PTOE, will serve as Principal- <br />in-Charge, providing executive oversight, resource <br />commitment, and senior technical guidance for Sunny <br />Isles. He brings 25 years of engineering experience in <br />roadway and traffic data collection, transportation and <br />transit planning, PD&E, safety studies, traffic simulation, <br />travel demand modeling, GIS applications, and multimodal <br />program support. Sam has served FDOT Districts 4, 6, <br />and 7, FDOT Central Office, Broward County, Miami-Dade <br />County, the City of Fort Lauderdale, the City of Boca <br />Raton, Broward MPO, and Palm Beach TPA. He <br />brings 44 years of FDOT engineering experience with <br />emphasis in consultant project management, traffic <br />operations, maintenance of traffic, LAP administration, <br />public involvement, right-of-way coordination, permitting, <br />and phase review management. During his FDOT District <br />6 career, Danny managed complex roadway, bridge, <br />resurfacing, safety, signalization, and LAP-funded <br />projects involving federal, state, county, municipal, and <br />local-agency coordination.
