After review, additional data and <br />analysis were requested by the City to include additional pedestrian data along 20th <br />Street (west of Bay Road), northern portion of Sunset Harbour Drive, and West Avenue. In <br />addition, vehicular volume and speed data were collected along 20th Street, the northern <br />portion of Sunset Harbour Drive, and West Avenue. Turning movement counts (TMC) were <br />collected at Sunset Harbour Drive & 18th Street, Bay Road & 18th Street, and West Avenue <br />& 18th Street.
