Scope of work included: pile <br />foundations, MSE walls, erosion control, <br />drainage improvements, lighting, future <br />signalization improvements, signage and <br />pavement markings, precast concrete, <br />curb and gutter, ADA sidewalk/ramp <br />reconstruction, landscaping, sod, irrigation, <br />temporary traffi c control, parking lot <br />modifi cation/ resurfacing, striping, and <br />signing, plus pre-stressed, pre-cast concrete <br />tunnel segments, excavation, coffer dam <br />with steel sheet piles, dewatering, concrete, <br />barrier wall, electrical, lighting, drainage <br />and pumps. Complete construction was <br />completed prior to 2020 Superbowl. <br /> Senior Inspector <br />City of Weston: Weston Rd & Royal Palm <br />Blvd Interchange Improvement, West 224 <br />Weston, FL <br />2023 - 2024 <br />Project improvements included widening <br />of turn lanes and bicycle path, construction <br />of four new mast arms with foundations, <br />including one for signs close to the I-75 off <br />ramp. Also, reconstruction of brick crosswalks <br />with asphalt base, milling and resurfacing, <br />pavement markings, and installation of <br />signing. In addition, the project included <br />new drainage, new curb construction, <br />median brick pavers, new bus bay with <br />brick pavers and lighting, median and other <br />landscaping and new irrigation mainline <br />reconstruction. <br /> Senior Inspector <br />Indian Creek Village: Island Improvements <br />Indian Creek Village, FL <br />2022 - 2023 <br />Scope included utility improvements <br />to the island residents throughout the <br />island, roadway drainage, overbuild <br />corrections, new curb and gutter, milling and <br />resurfacing, new driveways, new specialized <br />composite path with cast-in-place concrete <br />base and sides around the island. <br />Demolition and installation of median <br />islands with new landscape and irrigation. <br />New specialized lighting throughout the <br />island. The Village is also referred to as <br />Billionaire’s Bunker, so it required good <br />resident communication and awareness. <br /> Senior Inspector <br />Town of Miami Lakes: Royal Pointe Roadway <br />Drainage Improvements <br />Miami Lakes, FL <br />2023 - 2024 <br />Project consisted of Royal Pointe <br />neighborhood drainage improvement. <br />Scope included adding new drainage <br />structures, pipe, and French-drain systems <br />to help reduce the fl ooding issues in the <br />surrounding area. Improvements also <br />included base reconstruction, sidewalk <br />repairs, concrete driveways, concrete curb, <br />milling and resurfacing of the work area, <br />pavement markings, and restoration of <br />disturbed landscaping and irrigation. <br /> Senior Inspector <br />Town of Miami Lakes: Alameda Northwest & <br />W Lakes Gardens Drainage Improvements <br />Miami Lakes, FL <br />2023 - 2024 <br />Project consisted of Alameda Northwest and <br />West Lakes Gardens 2nd Addition Drainage <br />Improvements: Scope includes adding new <br />drainage structures, pipe, and French-drain <br />systems to help reduce the fl ooding issues <br />in the surrounding area. Improvements <br />also included base reconstruction, sidewalk <br />repairs, concrete driveways, concrete curb, <br />milling and resurfacing of the work area, <br />pavement markings, and restoration of <br />disturbed landscaping and irrigation. <br /> Senior Inspector <br />Town of Miami Lakes: Canal Bank <br />Stabilization Phase 3 Improvements <br />Miami Lakes, FL <br />2024 - 2025 <br />Project consisted of improvements to <br />the stabilization of the south side of the <br />Golden Glades Canal using a stacked canal <br />bank stabilization (CBS) system. The limits <br />of the stabilization are from NW 92nd <br />Avenue to the end installation of Phase <br />II at center of the property 16930 NW <br />83rd Avenue (approximately 4,500 total <br />linear feet of canal bank). Scope included <br />bank excavation, canal leveling, 57 stone <br />leveling foundation, poured concrete CBS <br />cells, 57 stone and select material bank <br />and cell fi lling, geofabric installation for <br />bank protection, turbidity protection, illegal <br />irrigation caping, placement of fi ll and <br />sod to conform to designed elevations. <br />Contractor worked off barges due to limited <br />workspace.
