Once selected, Phase I ESAs, threatened & <br />endangered species surveys, wetland and surface water body review and <br />boundarysurveyswereperformedbyCEDstaff,withtheassistanceofGHD <br />forfieldservicesforthenaturalresourcesscope. <br />CED was responsible for managing and conducting Phase I ESAs in <br />accordancewithASTM1527-21forseveralparcelsoflandslatedfor <br />acquisition by LCEC.
