His <br />responsibilities include design and permitting oversight, budgetary review, <br />production coordination, and full lifecycle construction management from <br />pre-construction award through final closeout. Rasheed is formally educated <br />in Civil and Architectural Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer <br />in the State of Florida. Over the course of his career, he has contributed to <br />the successful completion of more than 100 marine and land development <br />projects throughout the Southeastern United States. <br />RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />Eden Isles, Sunny Isles, Florida. Provided marine engineering design and <br />construction-phase support for the new construction of fixed docks and <br />seawalls serving two waterfront condominium buildings at Eden Isles. <br />The project included design and installation of fixed dock structures and <br />new seawalls to improve shoreline protection and boating access for the <br />residential community. Services performed included bid solicitation and <br />contractor award support, review of contractor payment applications, site <br />observations with field reports, review of pile driving logs, responses to <br />RFIs, and construction inspections. The project was completed, delivering <br />upgraded waterfront infrastructure and improved long-term durability for the <br />condominium properties. <br />Arlen House Seawall Replacement, Sunny Isles, Florida. Managed a multi- <br />phase seawall replacement and repair program for the property to address <br />advanced structural deterioration and shoreline instability. The program <br />included replacement and rehabilitation of over 1,700 LF of existing seawall, <br />along with associated upland improvements and restoration of adjacent <br />pool deck and equipment areas. Services performed included structural <br />and underwater inspections, marine engineering design, preparation of <br />construction drawings, environmental permitting coordination with Miami- <br />Dade DERM, FDEP, and USACE, bidding assistance, and construction-phase <br />engineering support. The projects were completed, restoring shoreline <br />integrity, improving long-term structural performance, and enhancing <br />resilience of the waterfront property. <br />5th Street Marina, Miami, Florida. Provided construction support services <br />for shoreline stabilization and marine infrastructure improvements along the <br />Miami River at the 5th Street Marina West Boatyard. The project included <br />stabilization of the riverbank through installation of a new steel sheet <br />pile bulkhead and construction of a timber platform adjacent to existing <br />mooring and breasting dolphins to support expanded marine operations. <br />Services performed included construction coordination, site meetings and <br />inspections, specialty inspections, review of contractor submittals, and <br />ongoing construction administration support. The project was completed. <br />Sunset Harbour Yacht Club, Miami Beach, Florida. Provided construction <br />administration services for repairs to a 125-slip luxury yacht marina serving <br />vessels ranging from approximately 45 to 150 feet in length. The project <br />included repair and replacement of deteriorated concrete slabs, caps, and <br />piles, as well as replacement of timber marginal dock elements and concrete <br />pile and panel repairs to restore structural integrity.
