His responsibilities include design and permitting oversight, budgetary review, production coordination, and full lifecycle construction management from pre-construction award through final closeout. Rasheed is formally educated in Civil and Architectural Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Florida. Over the course of his career, he has contributed to the successful completion of more than 100 marine and land development projects throughout the Southeastern United States. RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE Eden Isles, Sunny Isles, Florida. Provided marine engineering design and construction-phase support for the new construction of fixed docks and seawalls serving two waterfront condominium buildings at Eden Isles. The project included design and installation of fixed dock structures and new seawalls to improve shoreline protection and boating access for the residential community. Services performed included bid solicitation and contractor award support, review of contractor payment applications, site observations with field reports, review of pile driving logs, responses to RFIs, and construction inspections. The project was completed, delivering upgraded waterfront infrastructure and improved long-term durability for the condominium properties. Arlen House Seawall Replacement, Sunny Isles, Florida. Managed a multi- phase seawall replacement and repair program for the property to address advanced structural deterioration and shoreline instability. The program included replacement and rehabilitation of over 1,700 LF of existing seawall, along with associated upland improvements and restoration of adjacent pool deck and equipment areas. Services performed included structural and underwater inspections, marine engineering design, preparation of construction drawings, environmental permitting coordination with Miami- Dade DERM, FDEP, and USACE, bidding assistance, and construction-phase engineering support. The projects were completed, restoring shoreline integrity, improving long-term structural performance, and enhancing resilience of the waterfront property. 5th Street Marina, Miami, Florida. Provided construction support services for shoreline stabilization and marine infrastructure improvements along the Miami River at the 5th Street Marina West Boatyard. The project included stabilization of the riverbank through installation of a new steel sheet pile bulkhead and construction of a timber platform adjacent to existing mooring and breasting dolphins to support expanded marine operations. Services performed included construction coordination, site meetings and inspections, specialty inspections, review of contractor submittals, and ongoing construction administration support. The project was completed. Sunset Harbour Yacht Club, Miami Beach, Florida. Provided construction administration services for repairs to a 125-slip luxury yacht marina serving vessels ranging from approximately 45 to 150 feet in length. The project included repair and replacement of deteriorated concrete slabs, caps, and piles, as well as replacement of timber marginal dock elements and concrete pile and panel repairs to restore structural integrity.
