<br />the City of Key West. Survey was conducted in accordance with the FDEP approved Biological Monitoring Plan and
<br />additional monitoring requirements by the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary. Data collected included: sediment
<br />depth measurements, sediment coverage documentation, video documentation of marine resources, and percent
<br />cover of benthic macroinvertebrate and macroalgal communities along previously established shore perpendicular
<br />transects in and adjacent to the project area, and corals measuring greater than 10 cm where tagged. Assisted with
<br />reporting and data efforts evaluating baseline and post-construction biological monitoring data.
<br />Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park Benthic Surveys, Key Biscayne, Florida. Conducted quantitative and qualitative
<br />marine resource surveying along the western shoreline of the park to document the density and spatial extent of
<br />resources (corals, seagrasses) to inform permitting feasibility of shoreline improvements. Led the environmental
<br />survey report detailing biological findings.
<br />Fisher Island Seawall Improvements, Section 4-6, Fisher Island, Florida. Permit lead and lead biologist responsible for
<br />conducting marine resource surveys, environmental regulatory submittals and processing for seawall improvements,
<br />outfall updates, and riprap installation along approximately 3,000 linear feet of seawall along the south shoreline of
<br />Fisher Island. Construction was completed for sections 4 and 5 in 2025 and rirprap installation is pending environmental
<br />permits with construction expected to commence in 2026.
<br />Indian Key Coral Relocation and Monitoring, Islamorada, Florida. Field lead for coral relocation required for dock
<br />repairs on historical Indian Key, responsible for project oversight, acquiring FWC SAL for coral relocation, and relocation
<br />and monitoring field activities. Managed the detachment of approximately 75 stony corals colonies, their reattachment
<br />at an offshore recipient site on Alligator Reef and conducted baseline and post-relocation attachment assessment
<br />monitoring. Responsible for data collection, reporting, and senior oversight.
<br />Crandon Park Marina Dredging Project, Key Biscayne, Florida. Project manager, field and environmental permitting
<br />lead responsible for project oversight, subcontractor coordination, permitting submittals and processing, and client
<br />relations. Conducted qualitative and quantitative marine resource surveys of submerged lands within and surrounding
<br />Crandon Park Marina. Prepared and finalized the environmental survey report. The proposed project involves dredging
<br />areas within the marina affected by sediment accumulation and installing shoreline stabilization solutions to mitigate
<br />future sedimentation in the marina basin and vessel slips.
<br />Lake Worth Inlet Flood Shoal Dredging Project, Peanut Island, Palm Beach County, Florida. Field support for pre-
<br />construction, post-construction, and mitigation site seagrass surveys to support the permitted mitigation requirements
<br />for the Lake Worth Inlet Flood Shoal Dredging Project. Responsible for assistance with field planning, data collection
<br />methodologies, data collection, mitigation monitoring, and reporting senior oversight.
<br />Matheson Hammock Boat Ramp Mangrove/Wetland Permitting, Matheson Hammock Park, Coral Gables, Florida.
<br />This project involves construction and improvements to the existing boat ramp facility which will implement mitigation
<br />of sea level rise impacts within Matheson Hammock Park. Conducted wetland/mangrove delineation and marine
<br />resources surveys. Assisted with preparation of county, state, and federal permit applications RFIs, and SDRC.
<br />PortMiami South Bulkhead Coral Survey and Coral Relocation, Miami, Florida. Project manager and field lead for
<br />bulkhead repairs at PortMiami, responsible for project oversight, acquiring FWC SAL for coral relocation, and coordinating
<br />with environmental regulatory agencies. Led the quantitative preconstruction coral survey along approximately 1,400
<br />LF of shoreline to identify corals for relocation and monitoring. Managed the detachment of approximately 50 stony
<br />coral colonies, their reattachment at an offshore recipient site, and conducted baseline and post-relocation attachment
<br />assessment monitoring. Responsible for data collection and reporting of baseline and post-relocation assessments.
<br />Miami Beach Outfall Benthic Survey, Miami Beach, Florida. Conducted a quantitative marine resource survey in
<br />Government Cut to document the density and spatial extent of marine resources (hardbottom, corals, seagrasses) in
<br />the vicinity of a proposed outfall. Prepared an environmental survey report detailing biological findings.
