RFQ #26-07-01 | 122 <br />4.4 Organization to Completing Project Technical Tasks <br />The general process involved in the process of carrying out an assignment or project will broadly encompass several tasks and <br />processes. Sometimes it may be necessary to eliminate or condense this process for scheduling reasons or for instances when not <br />practical, but in general the process or series of tasks involved in taking on a c engineering project planning & design assignments will <br />involve the following tasks described below: <br />4.4.1 Planning, Master Planning, Studies & Assessments <br />EAC’s approach to planning, master planning, studies and assessments involves examination of the desired operational performance <br />under varying scenarios while ensuring compliance with jurisdictional and regulatory requirements. Our planning efforts typically <br />utilize software packages that model and simulate project conditions, analyzing varying scenarios and offer recommendations backed <br />by an organized thought process. Our expertise and capability cover the use of several platforms acceptable to local, state and federal <br />jurisdictions. For the past two decades, we have successfully developed studies and reports that have served as the basis for decision <br />making and capital program planning. <br />Planning, Master Planning, Assessments and <br />Studies projects encompass the following steps: <br />A.
