<br />3.6.7 Bruno Boero, PE
<br />Bruno Boero, PE, will serve as EAC’s Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI)
<br />Lead Engineer for this contract. He brings nine years of experience in the design and
<br />construction of transportation, structural, electrical, and civil projects throughout South
<br />Florida. As a Project Engineer, Bruno oversees all aspects of construction contract
<br />administration, including utility coordination, permit compliance, schedule and
<br />submittal reviews, conflict resolution, contractor oversight, public impact mitigation,
<br />documentation accuracy, and final as-built plan certification.
<br />3.6.8 Evelyn Rodriguez, PE, ENV SP
<br />Evelyn Rodriguez, PE, ENV SP, will serve as Site Civil Lead for this contract. She brings
<br />16 years of experience in general civil engineering, with a focus on land development,
<br />stormwater, site civil, and utility projects. Evelyn is a licensed professional engineer
<br />and experienced project manager with a proven ability to manage complex
<br />assignments efficiently while maintaining cost control and quality assurance. Her
<br />strategic approach to problem-solving, combined with her commitment to innovation
<br />and sustainability, supports effective project execution and long-term infrastructure
<br />success. Throughout her career, Evelyn has managed project tasks during the pre-
<br />design, design, and post-design phases.
<br />3.6.9 Fritz Fenelus, PE
<br />Fritz Fenelus, PE, will serve as Roadway Engineer and Lead Signing and Pavement
<br />Marking specialist for this contract. With more than 15 years of experience designing
<br />transportation infrastructure, Mr. Fenelus brings strong technical knowledge and
<br />practical project delivery experience to the team. His proficiency with advanced design
<br />software, combined with his understanding of national, state, and local transportation
<br />engineering standards, supports the development of accurate, innovative, and
<br />compliant design solutions. Mr. Fenelus also has a strong record of collaborating with
<br />multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective technical solutions for
<br />complex transportation challenges.
<br />3.6.10 Dania Castillo, PE
<br />Dania Castillo, PE, will serve as Lead Roadway Engineer for this contract. She has 12
<br />years of technical experience managing transportation design, engineering analysis,
<br />and consulting assignments. Dania has established strong client relationships while
<br />supporting and delivering projects for clients such as the Florida Department of
<br />Transportation (FDOT), Broward County, Monroe County, Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise,
<br />and the National Park Service. Her experience includes preparing engineering reports
<br />and technical documents, including Resurfacing, Restoration, and Rehabilitation (RRR)
<br />Scoping Reports; Existing Roadway Condition Assessment Reports (ERCAR); Typical
<br />Section Packages; Pavement Design Packages; and Design Variation Reports.
