RFQ #26-07-01 | 67 <br />3.7 EAC Workload <br />As requested in the RFQ, the City desires information on our current workload to determine whether our team has the availability and <br />capacity to perform and successfully complete future assignments. EAC assures the City that our team is composed of readily available <br />professional staff who can begin work on assignments immediately. Our workload is tracked quarterly, and our forecast demonstrates <br />sufficient availability over the next two years to support new assignments, tasks, services, and projects under this contract. <br />As a firm committed to meeting our clients’ expectations and objectives, EAC uses proactive forecasting to align staff resources with <br />active and anticipated project demands. We continually evaluate staffing allocations, schedules, and projected workloads to ensure <br />that commitments to our clients are not compromised. EAC’s current workload is manageable, as many ongoing design projects are <br />nearing completion or transitioning into construction administration/management services. As a result, our team is well positioned <br />to accept new assignments from the City. The following table illustrates EAC’s projected workload from Q3 2027 through Q2 2029 <br />based on our current understanding of existing and possible future assignments.
