RFQ #26-07-01 | 83 <br /> <br />Elias Guevara, PE <br />UTILITIES ENGINEER <br />Summary <br />Elias Guevara, PE is an Engineer II with over 8 years of experience in engineering, permitting, <br />GIS, and construction management. Areas of experience include water distribution, sanitary <br />sewer collection systems, sewer pump stations, land development, transportation, construction <br />management, inspections, budget/cost control, estimating, quality assurance, bidding and <br />permitting. <br />City of Hollywood Lift Station N07-N08, C-10 Canal Forcemain Aerial Crossing <br />CLIENT City of Hollywood / ROLE Engineer <br />EAC provided pre-design (condition assessment and basis of design report), design, permitting, <br />bid & award and construction support services for the rehabilitation of Lift Station N-07 and the <br />replacement of Lift Station N-08 as well as the replacement of a 6-inch force main that crosses <br />the C-10 canal. Other scope items include the design and installation of permanent generators, <br />lightening protection and flood proofing the lift station structures and their associated equipment <br />and sites. The project area is in a lowlying portion of the City and adjacent to a tidally influenced <br />canal. <br />Immokalee Water Main Services <br />CLIENT Seminole Tribe of Florida, Public Works Department | ROLE Engineer Intern <br />The Seminole Tribe of Florida (STOF) owns and operates the Immokalee Reservation potable <br />water utility system, which serves the Immokalee Seminole Indian Reservation. This project <br />expanded the water transmission system and improved service to the southern portion of the <br />Reservation. EAC completed this work by incorporating network loop closures along four <br />segments to ultimately benefit system flows and pressures. The work comprised of field <br />surveying, geotechnical investigations, and environmental assessments. <br />Immokalee Casino Sewer <br />CLIENT Seminole Tribe of South Florida | ROLE Engineer Intern <br />The project consists of connecting the Seminole Casino to the Seminole Immokalee Reservation <br />Water and Waste Water Utilities. Involved in all production aspects of the project and task <br />included: designing and producing seven conceptual options to address the issue and reviewing <br />various as-built plans and design plans. <br />Seacoast Water Authority Neighborhood 2D & 2E <br />CLIENT Seacoast Utility Authority / ROLE Engineer <br />The purpose of this project is to improve the Authority’s water distribution system by replacing <br />8,000 LF of existing water mains and 1,300 LF of existing force mains. The proposed water main <br />improvements will increase the overall fire protection levels within the North Palm Beach <br />Neighborhoods 2D and 2E. <br />Juno Isles Water Main Replacement Project Phase 2 <br />CLIENT Seacoast Utility Authority / ROLE Engineer <br />The Juno Isles Water Main Replacement Project Phase 2 – East will replace approximately <br />18,000 linear feet of aging water mains to improve reliability and meet current standards. New <br />ductile iron mains will be installed, matching existing sizes except that all 4-inch mains will be <br />upgraded to 6-inch mains.
