<br />Dania Castillo, PE, will serve as the lead for Roadway and MOT for this contract. With over a
<br />decade of technical experience in transportation design, engineering analysis, and consulting,
<br />she has built strong client relationships while successfully supporting and delivering projects
<br />for agencies such as Miami-Dade County, FDOT, Broward County, Monroe County and
<br />Florida Turnpike Enterprise. Her expertise include plans production and preparing engineering
<br />reports such as Resurfacing, Restoration, and Rehabilitation (RRR) Scoping Reports, Existing
<br />Roadway Condition Assessment Reports (ERCAR), Typical Section Packages, Pavement
<br />Design Packages, and Design Variation Reports. Additionally, she is certified in Temporary
<br />Traffic Controls, further enhancing her qualifications in roadway safety and project
<br />management.
<br />NE 79th Street Bridge Replacement Project
<br />CLIENT FDOT District 6 / ROLE Deputy Project Manager/Roadway Lead
<br />Deputy Project Manager/Roadway Lead for this Bridge replacement project along SR 934 /
<br />NE 79th Street Causeway in North Bay Village. Project improvements include the replacement
<br />of four existing bridges with two new bridges that are elevated to enhance resilience against
<br />sea level rise and incorporating additional protection measures. The project also includes
<br />roadway widening, as well as implementation of bicycle lanes, new sidewalk, curb-ramp and
<br />curb and gutter reconstruction, drainage improvements, ADA upgrades, signalization and
<br />lighting improvements, signing and marking upgrades, utility adjustments, subsurface utility
<br />engineering services, hydraulic modeling, and environmental and drainage permitting.
<br />North Bay Village Sidewalk and ADA Improvements Ph.3, LAP Project
<br />CLIENT North Bay Village | ROLE Project Manager
<br />Project Manager responsible for this sidewalk and ADA improvements project at Harbor
<br />Island, Treasure Island, and John F. Kennedy (JFK) Causeway. This federally funded LAP
<br />project fell under the authority of FDOT and North Bay Village and was constructed in
<br />compliance with FDOT specifications in addition to federal LAP requirements. Improvement
<br />components include new sidewalk and pedestrian ramps at Harbor Island, repairing existing
<br />sidewalk at Treasure Island and JFK Cswy., signing and pavement marking upgrades, and
<br />landscaping.

<br />CLIENT City of Florida City | ROLE Project Engineer
<br />Project Engineer for this canal culverting and roadway reconstruction project in the City of
<br />Florida City, Miami-Dade County. Project improvements include canal culverting with roadway
<br />widening to accommodate additional travel lanes, as well as implementation of bicycle lanes,
<br />sidewalk, curb-ramp and curb and gutter reconstruction, drainage improvements, ADA
