<br />Mr. McRae has over 29 years of engineering experience, which includes working in the field as
<br />Inspector, Senior Inspector, Senior Bridge Inspector, Project Engineer, Senior Project
<br />Engineer, and Program Director. His experience includes milling and resurfacing, new road
<br />construction, roadway reconstruction and widening, major earthwork, drainage, lighting signing
<br />and pavement marking, landscaping, irrigation, safety improvements, bridge rehabilitation,
<br />bridge replacement, cathodic protection systems and coatings inspection. He has also been
<br />responsible for various engineering tasks that include signing and sealing final as-builts plans,

<br />Roadway Inspector for this project that milling and resurfacing of 5 miles of NB Turnpike lanes,
<br />guardrail upgrades and safety improvements at the Palm Beach Gardens (exit 109).
<br />Responsibilities included inspection of daily construction activities, materials verifications,
<br />maintenance of traffic inspections and daily reports.

<br />The project scope included the full removal and replacement of the bascule and flanking span
<br />steel structure coating system, spall repair, cathodic protection upgrades to pier columns and
<br />the maintenance and operation of the bridge. As a Project Administrator / Senior Project
<br />Engineer, Mr. McRae is responsible for the day-to day onsite construction project management,
<br />work zone traffic control, contractor coordination, project documentation, resolves daily issues,
<br />utility conflicts and design flaws; oversees daily inspections. Mr. McRae also enforces the
<br />CPPR System, completes status reports and prepares monthly progress reports and invoice
<br />projections.
