<br />Citywide Electric Vehicle Charging
<br />Stations $500,000 Site selection, load and service-capacity review, FPL coordination, charger
<br />and distribution design, parking-lot routing, accessibility, metering,
<br />controls, and operating-cost considerations.
<br />Citywide Security $5.0 million Reliable power, pathways, surge protection, network and equipment
<br />coordination, standby-power priorities, and phased implementation at
<br />City facilities and public spaces.
<br />Collins Avenue Street Light
<br />Enhancements $1.475 million Conversion of obsolete high-pressure sodium lighting to LED, supported

<br />The City’s larger drainage and utility programs also include pump stations, controls, generators,
<br />underground electrical facilities, and utility interfaces. ECF recognizes that any assignment issued under
<br />this continuing contract must remain within the applicable CCNA thresholds and the specific scope
<br />authorized by the City.
<br />3.4 Electrical Engineering Services Available to the City
<br />• Electrical system studies, condition assessments, facility recertification support, code-deficiency
<br />evaluations, load studies, and capital replacement planning.
<br />• Utility service planning, FPL load letters and applications, transformer and metering coordination,
<br />easement and service-point coordination, and outage planning.
<br />• Power distribution design, service and feeder upgrades, switchboards, panelboards, transformers,
<br />grounding and bonding, surge protection, and selective-coordination support.
<br />• Standby generators, automatic transfer switches, emergency distribution, critical-load prioritization,
<br />temporary power planning, and operational sequencing.
<br />• Street, park, parking lot, garage, sports-field, pedestrian, and building lighting, including photometric
<br />calculations, LED conversion, controls, and code compliance.
<br />• Electric vehicle charging infrastructure, including capacity analysis, charger selection criteria,
<br />distribution, metering, network and payment-system coordination, and future expansion planning.
