<br />Ken Williams, RA | Architect
<br />Ken Williams is a Registered Architect in the State of Florida with more than five
<br />decades of professional experience in architectural practice and education.
<br />Licensed since 1981, he has provided architectural expertise across a wide
<br />range of project types, bringing a deep understanding of design excellence,
<br />constructability, and regulatory compliance.
<br />
<br />From 1980 to 1993, Ken served as an Adjunct Professor of Architectural Sciences
<br />at Broward College, where he contributed to the education and mentorship of
<br />emerging design professionals while maintaining an active practice in South
<br />Florida. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with and worked alongside
<br />many respected architects and firms, including Donald Singer, FAIA; Richard
<br />Reilly, AIA; John Payne Architecture; Winningham, Bundy & Tice Architecture; SRS
<br />Architects, AIA; and OneAArchitecture (Emilio Lebolo).
<br />
<br />Ken joined Edgewater in 2024 and brings a long-standing commitment to
<br />quality, professionalism, and technical oversight, with extensive experience
<br />navigating Florida Building Codes, permitting processes, and coordination with
<br />multidisciplinary design teams.

<br />Provided architectural support and coordination for the revitalization of Windmill Park in Coconut Creek, Florida, including

<br />Public Utilities (Pump Stations, Fire/Police Stations – New & Renovations)

<br />compliance, and constructability for both new construction and renovation projects.

<br />Contributed architectural expertise for new construction and renovation of single-family residences, with a focus on

<br />Provided architectural guidance and oversight for planned unit developments, including custom and turnkey
