Staffing <br />City of Riviera Beach Qualifications for Marine/Marina Consulting Services <br />Erik Erton | Coastal Engineer <br />Erik Erton is a Coastal Engineer with more than 8 years in the marine industry, including <br />5 years of experience as a coastal engineer, 2 years of specialized experience in the <br />floating dock industry, and 2 years in the cruise industry. Erik graduated with masters <br />degree in Ocean Engineering from Florida Atlantic University, with a specialization <br />in offshore structures. Erik has designed and coordinated the construction of <br />breakwaters, dredge projects, docks and gangways. <br />Project Experience <br />Palm Harbour Marina | Cape Haze, FL <br />Conducted a engineering condition assessment and report of the current dock <br />and seawall conditions at the project site. Gave recommendations on short and <br />long-term repairs. <br />TNT Marine Center 40 Year Condition Inspection and Report | Naples, FL <br />Conducted a 40-year engineering condition assessment and report of the seawall <br />conditions at the project site. Gave recommendations on short and long-term <br />repair and inspection schedule. <br />Collier County Hurricane Damage Inspections | Naples, FL <br />Measured damage caused to walkovers and miscellaneous beach structures due <br />to Hurricane Ian in collaboration with FEMA. Created a Damage Description and <br />Dimensions (DDD) report to client, for FEMA reimbursement purposes. <br />Key West Live aboard Seawall Inspections | Key West, FL <br />Lead and supervised damage inspection dive crew and assessed damages <br />for a live aboard seawall 60 year inspection. Categorized damages and gave <br />professional opinion and report on status of seawalls and portions that required <br />immediate attention to prolong lifecycle. <br />Volusia County Hurricane Damage Inspections | New Smyrna Beach and Daytona Beach, FL <br />Measured damage caused to walkovers and miscellaneous beach structures <br />due to Hurricane Ian and Nicole in collaboration with FEMA. Created a Damage <br />Description and Dimensions (DDD) report to client, for FEMA reimbursement <br />purposes. <br />South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant Assessment and Design | Brevard County, FL <br />AutoCAD design support. Created and prepared topographic, vegetation and <br />general maps and plan views of the project site. Tetra Tech is currently working with <br />Brevard County to complete an assessment of all four wetland cells and prepare <br />bid specifications for muck removal, vegetation removal, and wetlands restoration. <br />Brickell Bay Design Criteria Package | Miami, FL <br />Coastal Engineering and CAD design support. The City of Miami is revitalizing, <br />renewing and enhancing its waterfront along Brickell Bay Drive.
