4. Approach / Methodology
Schedule Development and Management
Edgewater is committed to maintaining open communication and resolving concerns
promptly throughout each assignment. Any concern or complaint received from the
City, regulatory agencies, stakeholders, contractors, or the public would be documented,
evaluated, and communicated to the City’s Project Manager in a timely manner.
Edgewater would work collaboratively with the City to investigate the issue, identify
practical solutions, and implement appropriate corrective actions. The City would remain
informed of the issue’s status, anticipated impacts, and recommended course of action.
Senior technical staff and company leadership would become involved when additional
oversight is required.
By addressing issues proactively, Edgewater minimizes potential impacts to project
schedules, budgets, and overall objectives while maintaining a collaborative working
relationship with the City.
Communication and Issue Resolution
36RFQ #26-07-01 Edgewater Group
Edgewater Group’s Quality Assurance program is built on careful planning, clear
communication, and consistent project oversight. At the start of each assignment, the
Project Manager works with the client to establish project objectives, scope, schedule, and
regulatory requirements. Throughout the project, senior staff provide technical oversight to
ensure work is completed in accordance with client expectations, applicable regulations,
and industry standards.
By emphasizing coordination, accountability, and proactive management throughout
every phase of a project, Edgewater minimizes potential issues early and consistently
delivers high quality, dependable results.
Edgewater Group follows a structured Quality Control process to verify the accuracy,
completeness, and consistency of every project deliverable before it is submitted.
Technical reports, engineering calculations, permit applications, plans, specifications, and
supporting documentation are reviewed at key project milestones to ensure they meet
project requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
Any comments or discrepancies identified during the review process are promptly
addressed prior to final delivery. This process helps reduce revisions, improve coordination
with regulatory agencies, and provide clients with accurate, well prepared deliverables
that are ready for review and implementation.
Quality Control
Quality Assurance
