Kristin Connell <br />Senior Project Manager - Natural Resources <br />Kristin Connell is a Senior Project Manager of Natural Resourcesat GEI. She has over a decade <br />of experience completing and coordinating federal, state, and local wetlands permitting in <br />Connecticut and Massachusetts. Additionally, Ms. Connell has field and leadership experience <br />in wetland delineation, wildlife habitat assessment, and other field data collection. <br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />Confidential Client, Southern Connecticut. Served as the project manager to coordinate <br />engineering and contractor services to meet state and federal permitting needs for <br />several large coastal dredging projects. Certain efforts required coordination of biological <br />assessments, essential fish habitat assessments, and compliance with the migratory bird <br />treaty act. <br />Congress Street Flood Mitigation Project, Avangrid/United Illuminating, Bridgeport, CT. <br />Managed coastal resource permitting and related construction oversight.
