<br />With over a decade of experience in engineering, consulting, and
<br />energy operations, Mr. Estevez has built expertise in project
<br />management, systems integration, and technical analysis. His

<br />RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
<br />Alexander Orr Water Treatment (Miami, FL)
<br />Mr. Estevez led a team that performed a transient analysis to the South
<br />Florida plant by installing recorders to capture the transient occurrences
<br />that were reported. The intricate findings, which lasted several weeks,
<br />was resolved after several conversations led by Mr. Estevez, that traced
<br />the faults coming from two feeders in the same bus at the utility
<br />substation.
<br />WASD Pump Stations Upgrades (Miami, FL)
<br />Mr. Estevez was direct point of contact for a WASD pump station
<br />electrical upgrades of over 20 stations in Miami. The upgrade design
<br />requirements spanned from specific voltage requests, phasing upgrade,
<br />relocations among other. Each unique project presented challenges
<br />from the governing municipalities, required coordination with other
<br />utilities, and sometimes redundancy power for disruptions and
<br />scheduled outages.
<br />Miami Lakes Town Center (Miami Lakes, FL)
<br />Mr. Estevez oversaw a multi-phase project in Main St, Miami Lakes, in
<br />conjunction with The Graham Companies, that was divided into 4
<br />separate folios, spread over 1,000,000 Sq.Ft, and accounted for 8 total
<br />buildings inclusive of retail, office, and residential buildings. The
<br />timeline, strict ordinances, and construction environment created
<br />complex project management conditions that were successfully
<br />overcame with clear communication and prompt decision making.
<br />Transbay Power Load Study (Pittsburg, CA)
<br />Mr. Estevez conducted a power quality analysis at a DC plant with the
<br />assistance of several qualified plant technicians. CT monitoring devices
<br />were placed at a pre-determined location for an extended period of time
<br />to monitor harmonic distortion, which was further analyzed on a power
<br />monitoring software to provide graphical findings and
<br />recommendations.
<br />Blue Lagoon Residences (Miami, FL)
<br />Mr. Estevez was lead engineer in charge of designing and managing
<br />full electrical implementation to project that included two 8-story
<br />buildings, one 2-story club house, and two 3-story garages. This
<br />multifamily project was over 400,000 Sq. Ft, has over 270 living units,
<br />and required over 2000KVA.
